Send push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging for important alerts

Improve application functionality and user experience

4. Data Retention Policy

We retain user data for the following periods:

User Account Information: Retained as long as the account is active. Upon account deletion or team removal, account information is retained for 30 days for recovery purposes, then permanently deleted.
Action History and Usage Data: Retained for a maximum of 30 days from the date the action was performed. After 30 days, all historical data is automatically deleted from our systems.
User-Uploaded Files: Retained as long as the user maintains the file in the application. Users may delete files at any time through the application interface. Deleted files are permanently removed from our servers within 24 hours.
Device Information: Retained while the application is actively installed on your device. Device information is deleted when you uninstall the application or remove yourself from your team.
Team Membership Data: Retained while you are a member of the team. Upon removal from a team, team-specific data is retained for 30 days for audit purposes, then permanently deleted.

You have full control over your data:

Delete Files: You can delete any files you have uploaded at any time through the application
Remove from Team: You can remove yourself from your team at any time, which will delete your team membership and associated team-specific data after the 30-day retention period
Delete Account: You can request complete account deletion by contacting us
Download Your Data: Upon request, we can provide you with a copy of your personal data

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or release your personal data to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. We only share data:

With team members as necessary for the application's core functionality
With service providers (such as Firebase) who assist us in operating the application under strict confidentiality agreements
When required by law or in response to legal requests

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Inactive team membership data after 30 days
